You can always change or cancel an order with a status of Changeable, Pending or Backordered. To view an order's status, click on My Account in the online store and enter the order number and order confirmation number that was on the screen after the order was submitted. You can also find this information on the confirmation e-mail receipt. Be sure to proceed through the entire checkout process. You will receive a new Order Confirmation showing any changes you've entered or a Cancellation e-mail showing your order has been cancelled.
Orders typically ship from our warehouse via FedEx within 2 - 5 business days if all ordered items are in stock. As a rule, we will hold your order if an item is on back order. The order will ship complete once all items are in stock. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select "Delete backordered items and ship the items that are available". If this is your preference, we will send available items and consumer needs to place a new order for any items deleted.
We can only ship internationally to Canada. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
